The idea for Crimson Dreams came about on August 26, 2008, when Naniko D'Angelo, Savina Marino, Pilot Haddon, and Urma all got together to discuss a future pack. Shortly after, a location similar to that of Twilight Vale's old territory was chosen for Crimson Dreams. All of the prospective members gathered and leadership was announced, forming the pack.
